SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICIES
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is calculated at the checkout and depends on the size of the item:

Small (up to 18 x 13 cm): £10.00
Medium (from 18 x 13 cm to 40 x 60 cm): £15.00
Large (over 40 x 60 cm): £25.00

You will receive an email and a photo of the parcel when it has been dispatched.

Shipping is insured, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.
Dispatch time
Unframed paintings are dispatched within 3-5 working days.
Framed paintings are dispatched within 8-10 working days.
Shipping time
Shipping time depends on the service provider (Royal Mail or a courier) and the destination, typically around 2-5 working days from dispatch.
Packaging
I personally pack each item with bubble wrap, recycled paper, and sturdy cardboard boxes.
REFUND POLICY
Faulty or damaged items
I always take personal care in packing my paintings by using sturdy boxes and providing you with a photo of the packaging before giving it to the courier, but if the item you purchased arrives damaged or is lost in transit, let me know as soon as possible via email: contact@valentinateghillo.com
The email must be sent no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
I will require evidence of the fault or damage, so please email me a photo of the damaged painting.
I will provide you with all the necessary information to return the item.
Please keep all packaging, as you will need it to return the painting to me via tracked and signed shipping, at your own expense.
Cancellations & refunds
You have the right to cancel specific orders up to 14 days after the order is placed. This does not apply to commissioned items.
To return a painting to me pack it securely using the same or equivalent packaging material that it arrived in. Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
I will refund you within 14 days of receiving the painting (and the frame, if included), in perfect condition.
I will refund in full, including delivery (if paid by the buyer), but return postage will be the buyer's responsibility.
These terms apply to both UK and overseas deliveries, with return postage the responsibility of the buyer in both cases.
These terms do not apply to commissions.
